Get support when you need it. We have a variety of options to help.
Effective May 1, 2014:
We are no longer selling auto dialers (which call lists to play pre-recorded messages); therefore, we can only support customers who are within their first year warranty after purchasing any of our auto dialers.
In addition, we can no longer assist customers if they are using Windows XP or VoIP phone lines (other than our ZoomCalls VoIP) for the following reasons:
1) As of April 2014, Microsoft stopped supporting Windows XP. This can result in no protection when new viruses or hackers attack your computer.
2) Many telephone service providers have switched their analog lines to VoIP phone lines. Note: Comcast, Time Warner, Cox, Charter, Brighthouse, Rogers, and other cable, TV, and internet companies don’t usually inform you that their lines are VoIP. Our auto dialers that use Dialogic or PIKA voice boards were designed to work with analog or T1 copper lines, but not with VoIP; therefore, we cannot assist you if you are using VoIP.
